Hello, Mr. Salopek. I am writing this letter to wish you good luck on your very dangerous journey. I would have come with you if I could. You are going through some of the worst places in the world. Be very safe and careful. Make sure you drink a lot of water and don’t be scared of anything. Don’t get killed because that would be all over the news. You don’t need a lot of publicity when you die. Seven years will be a long while, so go and enjoy the journey. Make sure you get a lot of stories and put them on the website.
